Chronic back pain can be experienced for a variety of different reasons. Do you experience severe pain, soreness, or just a stiff back?
If your back just gets a little sore every once and a while, I recommend increasing your core strength by using a stability ball and doing a variety of abdominal exercises. You should also stretch everyday before and after your workout.
If you experience severe or shooting pains, you may have a more serious condition. I recommend visiting a Chiropractor or Physician. Don’t make the same mistake I did and put it off until it’s almost too late.
